Hello FreeSurfer Developers,
I'm attempting to process running segmentation.
But I have a problem.
1) FreeSurfer version: freesurfer-Linux-centos4_x86_64-stable-pub-v5.3.0
2) Platform: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
3) uname -a: Linux gwkim 4.4.0-59-generic #80-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jan 6 17:47:47 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
4) recon-all.log: see attached
In addition, I'm seding information for error.
