Dear All,

I was trying to do TBSS analysis. But I encountered with some problems.I attached a ppt which shows raw DWI, FA map generated using FDT FSL toolbox and the TBSS results.
If you see the FA and TBSS results,..some brain areas got removed. I'm wondering where I made the mistake??
Can you please help me out??
