I have computed the percent difference between a 2-group comparison. However when I open the results the percent difference is showing all over the cortex. Instead I would like to only display the percent difference in the area that survived multiple comparisons. Is there a way I can use that cluster for displaying the pctdiff.mgh? I am using tksurfer for this.
