thanks for your fast reply.
 
I tryed to register a vesselmask on the brainmask.mgz with FSL.
My aim was to bring this "combined" mask into a label structure, but the necessary label inputs are missing.

what to you mean "I already tryed the mri_vol2surf and mri_vol2roi,
unfortunately without successs." In what way didn't they work?
