Yes, they are the intensity statistics of different structures in the norm.mgz volume

Cheers

Hi Henry,

When you say regional image values, do you mean image intensity values? That could be it.

I had expected they would refer to volume somehow, but that doesn't make sense because some larger regions have smaller means.

I believe these are describing the regional image values extracted from the bias corrected and normalised input image. They give the mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum and range for each ROI.

The relevant image should be saved as $SUBJECT_DIR/subject_id/mri/norm.mgz.

Hope this helps,

Henry

Does anyone know what the column headings:  normMean normStdDev normMin normMax normRange are telling us?

That solves the  Supratentorial volume question, but it doesn't explain the  normMean normStdDev normMin normMax normRange column headings

Does this page help MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/MorphometryStats ?

What do the numbers in these columns mean? I cannot find an explanation in any of the documentation.

normMean

normStdDev

normMin

normMax

normRange

Also, there are two rows labelled Supratentorial volume. Is one a typo?

 Supratentorial volume

1304730

 mm^3

 Supratentorial volume

1228063

 mm^3

Michael McLaughlin,
