So for the files I used for the --y argument were stacked files of this file: lh.long.thickness-spc.fwhm10.fsaverage.mgh or rh.long.thickness-spc.fwhm10.fsaverage.mgh.

So would my interpretation of the ocn.dat file be that each value is the symmetrized percent change in thickness of the significant cluster for each subject?
