We are currently developing a MRI protocol for a longitudinal study that will take over in the next 3 years using a Siemens Prisma 3T. 

We are interested in structural changes within cortical and sub cortical regions, we will also be acquiring DTI and a FLAIR scans. I have seen that for HC subfields .6 mm iso T1 seems to be the gold standard.   

Being a new user of freesurfer and trying to make an educated decision regarding our scanning parameters, I was wondering if you have any recommendations regarding the T1 parameters.
