Hello Freesurfer developers,
After I recon-all my subjects, the label files are generated. Could you please kindly help me how can I extract the special brain region from these label files by matlab:
But I don't know if it is the mean thickness for brain region BA1. Where can I get the detail information for these label files, such as 'lh.BA1.label'.
