Hello, I would like to ask if there are other correction methods besides multiple comparison correction when surface based group analysis.
You mean the 6.0 version of mri_glmfit and mri_glmfit-sim on data created from 7.2? I think that would work, but, why do that?Can I use the 6.0 version of free to analyze the results of the 7.2 version preprocessing?
