./001
./002
./003
at /Yukos-iMac:VM/VM00/bold/001
find . -maxdepth 1 -name "[0-9][0-9][0-9]" output nothing.

Yes, that will solve the problem, I just don't know why it's a problem
to start with. If you cd into that bold dir, can you run:
find . -maxdepth 1 -name "[0-9][0-9][0-9]"
