Hi Freesurfer users,<br>Does anyone have a method to divide aseg.mgz volumetric regions along a longitudinal axis? <br>Or a simple split after finding a center of mass of an ROI?<br>I found that mris_divide_parcellation only splits up regions from the surface based segmentation as found in the desikan killiany label file.<br>
