Hi Ramesh,

Unless these non-brain regions affect the surfaces then it is fine to leave it as is. Your image looks fine to me.

Dear Experts,

I performed recon-all all precess and it finished without any error. However I found some parts of non-brain regions are left over. Should I correct it or I can leave it? Please see the attached file and give your suggestions.
