Hi Doug. Yup, the FDR button is
working for me in tkmedit. I see the mask to brain, but as you can probably
guess I’m interested in masking to the basal ganglia.

Yea, there's not a mask to label. There is a mask to brain,
but I'm not sure if you can substitute your own mask for it. I just tried to
run it, and could not get FDR to work at all in tkmedit. Is it working for you
at all?
