Dear Freesurfer developers,

 

I am trying to replicate a multi shell DTI protocol from one scanner to another. However I need the generic gradient vectors so that the protocol can be replicated. Is there a script in freesurfer that can reverse engineer the relative direction coordinates and normalisation of vector strengths so that this file can be used in the scanner console to define all the parameters of this sequence and replicate it across different scanners?
