You should register them using bbregister, then use mri_vol2vol to resample

Dear Sir,

Sorry for the inconvenience, We meet a trouble when using the Freesurfer. We desire to resampling structural data in the diffusion space. But the diffusion data were processed using FSL. There is no register.dat, but according to Freesurfer' tutorial, you must have a register.dat to conduct mri_vol2vol or other functions. Could you tell me how to deal with this trouble?
