I'm attempting to explore the correlations between the surface-based and voxel-based values and adjusted for nuisance covariate in FreeSurfer.

Correlational study:
A. Cortical thickness and VBM results
B. VBM_1 and VBM_2 results

Platform:
1) freesurfer-Linux-centos6_x86_64-stable-pub-v6.0.0-2beb96c
2) Ubuntu 16.0.4
