Hi,
I'd like to compare registration between FSL and freesurfer. So I have to import my images (I have 25 MRI, 25 CT and 75 SPECT) into freesurfer, with recon-all if I understood. But my images are on NifTi extension and I have error:
My program is for 1 image:
recon-all -i /home/pmod/Bureau/IRM_ANIMAGE/NORMAUX/image1_IRM.nii -subjid E001 -sd /home/pmod/Bureau/freesurfer/subjects/Marie

and I am on Linux 64 bits.

How can I do this?
