Dear experts,

I am trying to convert freesurfer segmentations to obj files for visualization in virtual reality. How to do this without losing any segmentation label names and colors. I tried to import the surfaces into 3d slicer but I could not do it. Also can you guide me on how to combine the tractography segments from tracula with the anatomical segmentations from recon-all?
