Hi all,<br><br>After running with Freesurfer, I found the red line cutting through the superior temporal gyrus in the coronal view slice. And the yellow line excluded part of the white matter in this area. Please check the attachment. Does anyone have experience in fixing this type of problems? Thank you for your help!<br>
