However, one 3D MRI DICOM will generate three nii files: 
Such as xxxx.nii, coXXX.nii, oXXX.nii

When I use MRIcron to preview these files, some files show entire 3D MRI, but others only show some parts of images. (See attached sample). 

I am wondering which files should be loaded into FS analysis.
