External Email - Use Caution

Unfortunately I tried this before emailing and no luck. Any other advice?

Try this
mri_glmfit —-table V1_lh_stats.txt —-fsgd  glm/gender_age.fsgd dods —-C lh-Avg-thickness-age-Cor.mtx  --glmdir lh.V1_gender_age.glmdir
You would only use --surface if the input is a surface map (not when the input is a table, even if the table has data derived from the surface)

Hello,

I am struggling to run mri_glmfit because various flags seem to be going unrecognized.

This is my command:

mri_glmfit —-table V1_lh_stats.txt —-fsgd  glm/gender_age.fsgd dods —-C lh-Avg-thickness-age-Cor.mtx —-surf fsaverage lh —-cortex --glmdir lh.V1_gender_age.glmdir

Where "V1_lh_stats.txt" is a table of V1 thickness values produced by aparcstats2table. I've run into issues with the --table, --fsgd, and --surf flags (as I shuffle around the command line arguments and/or replace the --table flag with a --y flag). Any idea what's going wrong?

Thank you!
