External Email - Use Caution

Thank you for your reply.
I tried with mkanalysis-sess but something went wrong.
I think I posted the problem in this web list as well.

My retinotopy stimuli take 200seconds to make an entire run (one cycle) and we use TR = 2.5 sec.
From what I saw in different researches, it seems that having this long cycle period is quite uncommon (usually 30-50 sec has being used).

Infact, when running the command

    selxavg3-sess

It starts, but after some lines, I get the following error:

    ERROR: design is ill-conditioned

Then, I thought it was related with the previous steps, in particular with the retinotopy definition, in `mkanalysis-sess`. The parameter which required the length of 1 cycle, in seconds.
Changing this parameter to a lower number (e.g.: 40), makes the step with no errors, but using mine (which I need), the step stops and returns the aforementioned error.

I don't know how to proceed from here to solve the error.
To better understand the error, I tried using

Thanks in advance,
Marco

Use mkanlaysis-sess. Why are you trying to use the .new version?

Dear experts,
my name is Marco and I'm using freesurfer to perform retinotopy analysis and I am having a problem with command:

    `mkanalysis-sess.new`

after calling that command I get the following bash error:

    `bash: mkanalysis-sess.new: command not found`

All the previous steps worked well. Why is this command unrecognized?

Thank you all,
Marco
