I would like to know if there is a way to only do skull-stripping and not doing the Talairach Transform and then INU correction?<br>

I would like to have the skulll-stripp volume in the same space coordinate as originally?<br>

Otherwise, I am doing skull-stripping of T1 weighted images of normal elderly subejcts. Is there any specific recommandation for skull-stripping parameters?<br>
