Dear FreeSurfer experts,

I would like to know the area of some manually drawn labels, obtained with QDEC over fsaverage. I have used the following scripts, but I had errors in both of them.

- label_area. It doesn't work because it requires surf/lh.smoothwm, which is not present in fsaverage.

- mris_anatomical_stats. It doesn't work because it requires mri/wm.mgz, which is also not present in fsaverage.

How could I obtain this information?
