Dear Wu,

The “templates” are probabilistic atlases with no image intensities. All you can look at is images like the ones in the top panel of Figure 5 in the paper.

If you want to generate these, let me know and I’ll show you instructions (it’s a bit tricky, because it requires combining different versions of FreeSurfer….)

I uesd the ''recon-all command'' to get the volumes of the hippocampal subfields, and we would like to perform further analysis with these subfields in MNI. Could you show us the templates which are used to perform hippocampal segmentation (CA1, CA3, HATA, etc.)?
