Hello, 

I am working to process DWI images using Tracula, however my processing stops during the mri_binarize command. In my Trac-all.log, it reads 

"mri_binarize done"

Furthermore, when I run the command independently it runs smoothly, without error. My configuration file and trac-all.log are included below. Thank you in advance for any suggestions on how to navigate this issue
