Dear TRACULA experts,

As you can see in the figure attached to this email, there are 3 tracts that were not able to be properly reconstructed (right fornix and left and right corticospinal tract). What I have tried: 

1) Setting reinit=1 in the configuration file and re-run TRACULA;

2) Changing the number of control points for each tract, according to the pathlist.txt (even though the second column refers to the default control points, I am not sure what the first column means);

My idea now would be to edit the control points manually but I don't know which file contains those points. I am assuming that each tract must have a file with the respective control points. This process is described in this article. I am looking for something such as Figure 2 and 3 in that article.

I have looked into the email archive and didn't find anything related to this problem.
