External Email - Use Caution        

Dear Professor:

In my study ,I want to compare the difference and similarity between the sulci on the brains of rats and mice. I hope to use Freesurfer to acquire and compare some specific morphological parameters, such curvature, convexity, geodesic distance and so on. I also want to use this software for landmark-based registration, from which the landmarks on the brain of rats and mice are choosen by myself.

So I wonder if the Freesurfer is suitable for me to solve this task? And what I should do?
