I ran recon –all on my scans and the output files reported the following error:

I couldn't locate the folder fsaverage: /home/rsingh/storage/labs/pbellgowan/MTBI/RASHMIANALYSIS/Check-Long/GE/FreeSurfer/fsaverage

Please advise.
