Hi, 

I'm a student researcher at LIAA under Diego Fernandez Slezak. I've been trying to run mri_synthsr under multiple resolutions but seem to get very noticeable artifacts even at higher resolutions. Here is an example output after running mri_synthsr:

The input image used is 160x256x256 and is attached in this email.

The command used to generate this output is 

mri_synthsr --i <input file> --o <output file>

Any guidance or explanation for these artifacts would be greatly appreciated.
