Hello all,
I have a basic question regarding the wm edition. As you can see in the images attached, the white matter mask includes the ventricle in one side but excludes it in the other. My question is: do I have to draw the voxels that are excluded from the white matter mask?
I apologize if this issue has been previously raised.
