As you can read, I did not misspelled the GroupDescriptorFile and even 
added a 1 after! (as GroupDescriptorFile 1), as mentioned in the wiki.

It does not seem to be any “useless" tab in the fsgd file. I have 
attached an exemple (I just left 1 subject)
