Hello all,<br><br>I&#39;m trying to obtain a set of statistics of subcortical segmentation from a pacient with Huntington&#39;s disease. The tutorial of freesurfer shows six possible case of error in freesurfer: correcting white/gray surfaces, topological errors, skull removing, talairach transformation, among others. But, how I can correct subcortical segmentation error?<br>
