Dear group,
I have preop and postop MRI scans of an
epileptic patient.
I ran recon-all on the preop, and
bbregister on the postop to register it to the preop.
I’m not sure why, but the results weren’t
really good.
Maybe I should try using the longitudinal
pipeline?
