I think so, but it may be that later stages (like surface deformation) can be used to refine the wm.seg.mgz so it is more accurate.

Actually I need just rawavrg.mgz and wm.seg.mgz, I think using autorecon2 is quick way to to produce these images. 

Is this correct?
