	Well, back when I had a lot of monkey data to generate surfaces of, I created a small pipeline of steps that seemed required (modeled after recon-all with removing steps that did not work for NHPs due to lack of probabilistic atlases). I separated the process into a sequence of individual scripts as I learned the hard way, that at (most of) these points things could and often did go pear-shaped, so most monkey reconstructions will pass most/all of the individual scripts just fine but there were always some that had catastophic failures at some of the steps that needed fixing before further processing. I want to add that all the hard work was done by the freesurfer developers and all this set of scripts does is to make it easier for NHP folk to pick which of the great freesurfer tiols to use for each step. But I digress.
