Hi all,

Regarding pial inaccuracies, should I edit brain.mgz or brainmask.mgz ?

I’m asking this because it seems to me that correcting brainmask.mgz and running autorecon2 (-cp, -wm or -pial) doesn’t seem to fix the problem.

Furthermore, when I was going through the tutorials it suggests using brain.mgz (according to the tutorial from January) and brainmask.mgz (according to the tutorial from May).
