External Email - Use Caution

Starting new thread as suggested by Douglas N. Greve:

Hi, I’m using macos big sur 11.5.2, fs 7.2.0. I need volume estimations of hippocampal subfields, and so installed matlab in fs to have them collected. When I run the command "segmentHA_T1.sh”, matlab exits because of fatal error. I attach the crash report and the log file.

Does anyone of you know how to successfully run matlab on mac?
