Hi,<div><br></div><div>   I was wondering if we can compare &quot;functional connectivity&quot; between blocks within a run as we do for BOLD signal using freesurfer. Current documentation of freesurfer is for resting state and does not consider conditions that experiment is Blocked Design. </div>
