External Email - Use Caution        

Hi FreeSurfer developers,

I have preprocessed files in single niftis and would like to split the data for each file into left and right hemispheres to run it through a specific toolbox. It seems like there should be a way to run mri_surf2surf or another command to just split it into 2 hemispheres, what would you all recommend for this?
