No... I'm using local computer where Freesurfer is locally installed.
When I ran mkcontrast-sess, x terminal got filled with repeated messages, so I can't see what triggered this error.

mkcontrast-sess.log doesn't give much information.

When I got similar errors from selxavg3-sess, its log file says the following.
##

So I'm suspecting mkcontrast-sess encountered the similar problem, but I can't confirm.
So, here are my two questions.
1) How can I save the whole error message in mkcontrast-sess.log file?
2) Am I the only person seeing these strange error messages with Mac OS X? Anyone??
Yuko
don't know. That is not an fsfast problem. Are you using some virtual
connection?
