Hi Chris,

at this point, the software does not split the SCP into its left and right parts.

But, you definitely gave me something to think about. When I have the time, I'll try to work on this and release a patch.

Hello,

I've installed Freesurfer 6.0 beta, and run the -brainstem-structures option to recon-all.

The results look ok, but I'd like the left/right volumes for the superior cerebellar peduncle (SCP), rather than the total volume. Is there any easy way to do this?
