Good afternoon all,

I am new to Freesurfer (using version 6.0) and trying to run recon-all on multiple subjects. Every subject exited with errors. Specifically, a number of surfaces are missing from the "surf" subject's folder (only 30 files instead of 80). Would you happen to know how to fix it?
