But, I've never performed each step of FS. Could you explain in detail how to check the registration and re-run with -no-talcheck?

Probably not because of the voxel size. First, check the registration. If it looks ok, then you can re-run with -no-talcheck. If it does, not look good, then fix it and rerun.

I guess this is because of low resolution or small size of images.
