Hello,
I had a follow up question regarding the CerebralWhiteMatter variable from aseg.stats.
1.
Does this include the white matter underlying the cortex?
2.
How about the subcortical white matter? (For example, I noticed that there was a separate value for gray matter –SubCortGray- but not for white matter. Is it because this is already included in the
CerebralWhiteMatter?)
Thank you so much in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Da-Yea
