Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I am still having problem. It’s so odd, because it has never happened with my other subjects before.

I attached the log files and I appreciate if you could please take a look. 

command: selxavg3-sess -s $subj -d ../all_subjects -analysis loom.lh

oh, sorry, I misread your earlier email. The -force in selxavg3-sess only applies to the post processing. If  you want to redo the preprocessing, then run preproc-sess -force

Yes, I did.

I run the command from the folder where my analysis which I call loom.lh is located.

selxavg3-sess -s $subj -d ../all_subjects -analysis loom.lh  -force

Ended   at Thu Mar 12 10:48:12 EDT 2020 preproc-sess done".  It seems that it just checks the preprocessing, but does not initiate the selxavg analysis. There is no error neither selxavg log file.

I appreciate any comments on this issue.
