We're having trouble with the pial boundary line including the pia on a large number of subjects and for greater than 30 slices. It also seems to be included in the segmentation. We tried adjusting watershed parameters to 15, 10, and 5 but it didn't make a difference. In order to delete this selection, I would have to manually edit voxels on every slice, which I fear would introduce even more error in the processing. Does anyone else have this problem and how do you correct it? Do you suggest that I just leave it alone? I attached a screenshot.
