Hi developers!

 

I am using v7.2.0 recon-all and mri_cvs_register to preprocess and normalise to MNI152. When I use recon-all with the -cm flag to preprocess at min voxel size (0.7mm), recon-all is fine; however, the final output from mri_cvs_register is deformed. When I complete recon-all without the -cm flag, mri_cvs_register seems fine (I assume because these both run in 1mm). Is there any way to use mri_cvs_register to correctly normalise a sub mm brain preprocessed with recon-all? I’ve attached the mri_cvs_register logs in case they’re of use.

 

I did notice a previous thread on this which was incomplete, so I was hoping to get some further clarification (MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://www.mail-archive.com/search?l=freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu&q=subject:%22%5C%5BFreesurfer%5C%5D+mri_cvs_register%22&o=newest&f=1).
