I am looking forward to create a normal database for daily use to compare with individual patient mr volumes.

I was thinking about creating an average subject from a normal database of multiple subjects.

After I have my average subject, would it be posssible and correct to compare this average recon individually to a new subjects recon, redoing all the averaging and comparing process only between this two?
