Hello FreeSurfer Developers,
I'm attempting to run 1st-level analysis with FS-FAST, following the tutorial here http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsFastTutorialV5.1/FsFastFirstLevel. I could run
mkanalysis-sess successfully:

It also created an error log and a matlab crash file, which I attached to this email.
I've searched the list and no similar errors have been reported. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to trouble-shoot this one? 1) FreeSurfer version: freesurfer-Linux-centos6_x86_64-stable-pub-v6.0.0-2beb96c2) Platform: Ubuntu Kylin 16.04 LTS 3) uname -a: Linux X1 4.4.0-79-generic #100-Ubuntu SMP Wed May 17 19:58:14 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux4) error logs: see attachedI didn’t attach the recon-all.log file because it is big (over 1M), and could be held since "Message body is too big”. I will supply that if necessary.
